Leave on for 1 minute (do not exceed 1 minute) and rinse. Follow up with conditioner on damp hair. Leave conditioner on for 3 minutes and rinse. This is NOT a daily use hair care set. It is mean to be used when you hair needs toning. Over use will create discoloration, gray tones, or purple tones on hair. This is a paraben free and sodium chloride free set.
